Elizabeth is a committed award-winning property professional with 15 years of experience, leading the successful delivery of multimillion-dollar projects across diverse industries. Elizabeth is a respected industry professional, who is motivated and client focused with a personal ethos aimed at providing exceptional client experiences and superior project outcomes.

Elizabeth has recently returned from Melbourne, where she spent several years overseeing the three commercial towers of the $5B Melbourne Quarter precinct development. Elizabeth has proven experience in Project Management and has a strong background in delivering commercial projects for investors, developers and major tenants that focus on project excellence, with flair in managing large scale integrated projects.

Her project experience has included large scale base building projects such as the rebuild of 20 Martin Place, Sydney; corporate workplaces including Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) at 727 Collins Street Melbourne, 180 Ann Street Brisbane and Darling Square Sydney; retail banking works and upgrade portfolios, for financial clients; data centres; food and beverage projects; and infrastructure.

In addition to managing the design and delivery of projects Elizabeth has extensive experience in the negotiation of Agreements for Lease, providing technical and project management advice to tenants in their dealings with landlords, developers and tier one builders. Elizabeth’s well-rounded experience enables her to communicate effectively with her clients and project team from the onset of the project, striving to exceed expectations.
