We act as either Principal's representative or Certifier in accordance with the terms of a construction contract. We administer the contract and ensure the contractual obligations are performed by relevant parties.
We develop procurement plans and strategies for our clients to deliver the best possible value for their project requirements. We have no affiliations with any contractors and therefore offer truly independent procurement management option for our clients.
We monitor the performance of works under Development Agreements and Agreements for Lease and ensure that each party meets their obligations in accordance with the requirement of the relevant agreement.
